Aussie model Fiona Falkiner marries former Channel Nine sports reporter Hayley Willis

Model Fiona Falkiner has officially married her former Channel Nine sports reporter fiancée Hayley Willis!

The pair tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony in Byron Bay with friends and family. Falkiner, 38, wore a gorgeous white, square-neck gown with lace detailing, while Willis, 33, stunned in a Lillian Khallouf satin suit.

The pair shared a series of photos from the big day to their Instagram pages. They added a simple caption: “Forever”.

The pair, who announced their engagement in April 2019, have since welcomed two children, Hunter, who is just over a year old, and baby Spencer, who they welcomed in August this year.

The entire outdoor ceremony took place in a gorgeous foresty area, with the wedding party shaded by gorgeous arching trees and greenery.

Willis referred to the day as “the most magical of days marrying the love of my life”.

Wedding film directing company Josue Films also shared a shot of the magical table set-up for the pair’s wedding reception.

The pair’s children were of course with them on the day, with their near-two-month-old son Spencer (nicknamed “Spud”) apparently a “star” on the day.

The day proved the perfect way to begin the young family’s new life together, which all began with a drunken text message.

The pair revealed their “modern-day love story” to 9Honey, with Willis admitting she decided to slide into Falkiner’s DMs after a few drinks one night.

“She apparently wasn’t following me before that,” Falkiner joked in the chat.

Willis immediately asked Falkiner out, and impressed by Willis’ courage, Falkiner said yes.

The rest was history.
